System Overview
        Flow quantitative control system is a process of automatically cutting off or controlling the pipeline when the cumulative amount reaches a certain value based on the pipeline flow or filling for **metering.

System components

2, quantitative control box: containing BRCN intelligent quantitative control instrument, internal control internal control lines and components, external control buttons and indicators, etc., the standard size of the box 400 * 300 * 200mm (height * width * thickness), power supply DC24V or AC220V optional, the sensor or break the flow of equipment have control box internal direct power supply. And can output 4-20mA, RS485 and other signals to other control equipment, but also can be added to print function.

Control process
After receiving the flow signal from the flow meter, the quantitative control instrument will complete the accumulation of flow inside the instrument, and set the required quantitative control value inside the instrument. At this time, the switch signal is used to control the flow breaking equipment installed on the pipeline through the mating relay or contactor, so as to achieve the effect of quantitative control.

Main functions

5、It can be equipped with a printer for real-time printing function, printing function includes the starting and ending time of beating, beating volume, actual beating volume, beating name (set freely according to customer requirements).
6、Power-off keep function: If there is a power-off in the process of beating material, the quantitative controller will automatically keep the working data and status before the power-off.
7、The controller and the control box are completely developed independently, so we can make custom-made if other functions are needed.
Order instructions
1、Select the appropriate flowmeter: tell us the name of the measurement medium, measuring tube diameter, working pressure and temperature, flow range or other requirements, we give you the selection.
2、Explain the requirements of control: such as the size of each quantitative value, the number of times per day control, whether the value of each control is the same as well as other requirements.
3、Select the disconnection equipment: If there is already disconnection equipment, please tell us its working power and power, we make tailor-made; if you need us to provide disconnection equipment can also be. Here we recommend that the break-off device please choose solenoid valve or electric valve (in need of delayed start or shutdown) is better, try not to control the pump, such as to control the pump should be in the field to the pump's power supply plus contactor, we control the power of the contactor.
