Product Overview:
Sealed diaphragms prevent process media from directly entering the pressure sensing components of differential pressure/pressure transmitters. They connect to the transmitter via fluid-filled capillary tubes. Diaphragm-sealed differential pressure transmitters and diaphragm-sealed pressure transmitters are used to measure flow, level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or steam.
Diaphragm-sealed differential pressure/pressure transmitters are used to measure the pressure, liquid level, or density of liquids, gases, or steam. Employing single-crystal silicon differential pressure sensing elements or fully sealed capacitors ensures high measurement accuracy while guaranteeing excellent stability and reliability. The pressure is transmitted through capillary tubes filled with silicone oil (or other fluids) to the transmitter body. Within the transmitter body, the delta chamber and amplification circuit board convert the pressure or differential pressure into a 4-20mA DC signal output.
This product supports HART communication protocol, enabling interaction with control systems or handheld communicators for parameter setting, monitoring, testing, and configuration. The HART protocol employs industrial-standard technology, superimposing digital signals onto the 4-20mA signal for communication without interfering with the 4-20mA signal.

Transmitter employs circuits compliant with explosion-proof and intrinsically safe standards, with circuit output below 30mA.
Features an LCD display for local readout, enabling convenient on-site readings.
Employs a fully fusion-welded, rigidly sealed filling system to eliminate oil leakage.
