Product Overview:
Corrosion-resistant thermistors are primarily used for temperature measurement in chlor-alkali industries, petroleum refining equipment, and chemical manufacturing facilities. Manufactured with PTFE-coated corrosion-resistant materials, they withstand corrosion from various chemical media. Operating at temperatures below 200°C, their non-fixed structure accommodates standard industrial equipment installation requirements. They must be paired with temperature isolators, recorders, and other supporting equipment to form a complete temperature measurement system. Corrosion-resistant thermoresistors are primarily suited for highly corrosive and low-temperature environments. Their protective sleeves are coated with PTFE, PFA, P46, or other tetrafluoroethylene materials. This corrosion-resistant process effectively counters corrosion from most acids, alkalis, and organic substances, offering a cost-effective alternative to high-nickel alloys, titanium, tantalum, and similar materials. The corrosion-resistant coating process can be categorized into sleeve-lining and sintering techniques.
