Thermal-sleeve thermocouples (thermoresistors) are industrial temperature-sensing elements, a protective variant of thermocouples, widely used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-velocity industrial environments such as steam pipelines and boilers. Their core design employs a combination structure where the protective sleeve is separated from the temperature-sensing element, specifically engineered for power plants to meet the temperature measurement needs of generating units and auxiliary equipment ranging from 300MW to 1000MW. Users can weld the protective sleeve first before installing the sensing element, enhancing pressure resistance and facilitating maintenance and replacement.
