Product Overview:
The BRCN-CZSS series magnetostrictive level gauge is a high-precision instrument for measuring liquid levels in various storage tanks. It can simultaneously measure parameters such as dual-medium interfaces and multi-point temperatures. When integrated with intelligent display instruments and computers, it forms a liquid level monitoring and management system for oil depots. Currently, it is widely used in numerous industries including petroleum, chemical processing, water treatment, and pharmaceuticals.

Working Principle:
During operation, the transmitter's trigger circuit generates a pulse current that propagates along the magnetostrictive wire, creating a pulsed magnetic field. A magnetic float mounted externally on the sensor rod moves along the rod as the liquid level changes. When the pulsed magnetic field encounters the float's magnetic ring, the surrounding magnetic field changes, generating a torsional wave pulse at the float's position along the rod. A central processing unit calculates the time difference between the pulsed current and the torsional wave pulse to precisely determine the float's position, which corresponds to the liquid level. The transmitter's analog-to-digital conversion circuit outputs a 4-20mA signal or RS485 MODBUS signal, enabling remote transmission of liquid level data.
